I'm a big fan of 7-11 in general. For the most part, they run a tight ship. Most stores are clean, the coffee's usually good, and they have most of the various items that travelers need.

This store, however, was a disappointment. The place was filthy, the coffee was stale, most of the sandwich condiments were unavailable, there were no napkins or utensils available except behind the counter, and the employees were surly and unhelpful. They added up my order incorrectly (in their favor, of course), complained when I asked for plastic forks for the fruit salad I bought, refused to let other customers' kids use the restroom, and in general seemed to view customers as unwanted intruders.

My advice? Avoid this place. There are plenty of well-run 7-11 stores (and other convenience stores) in Philly. Do yourself a favor and avoid store 24569.
